   Proposal Description:
   my hypothesis that incidence of e4 decreases with decade of life. I would like to conduct a more comprehensive analysis of the data e.g. comparing decade of life with APOE e2/3/4 status. The variables I would like to include from the Universal Data Set are: participant age, cause of death, APOE genotype, ethnicity, MMSE results and cause of death.                                       I would like to focus on the entire cohort i.e. healthy, MCI and AD (power in numbers!). I think the easiest way would be to only include data from the most recent visit. Obviously the genotype won't change between visits, but this will give the most up-to-date age and diagnosis, but I am happy to be guided by you for this.
